Platform
Trust & safety
This is a market where the goods are invisible and the parties are anonymous. That only works if the platform holds the money, records the delivery and can undo a bad trade. Here is exactly how each of those works.
Escrow on every order
Funds are held by the platform from payment until you confirm delivery. A seller cannot receive money for an order that was never delivered, and a buyer cannot walk off with delivered credentials without paying.
Pseudonymous by default
You trade under a public username. Email addresses are never shown to the other side, and nothing in your profile links a trade to a legal identity.
On-platform delivery
Numbers, panel logins, SIP hosts and SMPP binds are delivered into the order page, which timestamps them. That record is what a dispute is decided on.
Disputes with three outcomes
Release to the seller, refund to the buyer, or a split. Moderation reads the order chat, the delivery record and the usage logs before deciding.
Reputation that cannot be reset
Ratings come only from completed orders. Completed trades, delivery success rate and average response time follow your pseudonym on every offer.
Reporting and takedown
Any offer or order can be reported. Offers can be pulled while under review, and sellers with repeated failures or abuse reports lose listing rights.
What buyers should check before ordering
- The seller's completed trades and delivery success rate, not just the star rating.
- Whether the details you care about are confirmed or flagged unconfirmed on the offer.
- The delivery speed, the replacement window and whether a test is available.
- The billing unit — per minute, per message, per number or per month — before comparing prices.
- When the seller last verified the stock is live.
Prohibited use
These rules apply to buyers and sellers alike and are enforced by suspension and takedown, not warnings.
- No off-platform contact. Emails, phone numbers and messenger handles are stripped from order chat, and asking to move a deal outside the platform is grounds for suspension.
- No interconnect bypass or grey termination into markets where you are not licensed.
- No traffic a route does not permit — OTP and marketing permissions are stated per offer and enforced.
- No resale of inventory you do not control, and no reuse of numbers already sold to another buyer.
- No SIM box use that breaks local telecom law in the country where the gateway or the traffic lands.
- No fraud-enabling use: impersonation, one-time-code interception, or bypassing another platform's verification.
Identity and communication rules
You trade under a pseudonym. Your email is never shown to anyone, and your public name is not allowed to become a contact channel.
Public name rules
- 3–20 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, - or _
- Must start with a letter
- No contact details: no messenger names, emails, domains or phone numbers
- No impersonation of staff, support or the platform itself
- Names are checked with look-alike characters normalised, so t3l3gr4m fails too.
Chat contact review
Every message, offer title and description is scanned before it is stored. These are removed automatically:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Messenger handle (Telegram, WhatsApp, …)
- Social media profile
- Off-platform payment or wallet
- External link
A message whose only purpose is to move the trade elsewhere is blocked, kept as evidence and shown to moderators in a contact-review queue.
