SIM box offers are rentals of hosted gateway capacity: a number of ports in a specific country, reached through a panel, an API or a SIP/SMPP endpoint. Because the value is in uptime and configuration rather than in a single number, offers carry technical fields that buyers can filter on directly.
Port count is the headline figure, but real capacity depends on the operator mix and on how aggressively the gateway rotates SIMs. A 32-port offer on a single operator behaves very differently from 32 ports spread across three. Filter on the minimum ports you need, then read the operator field.
Carriers detect gateways by traffic pattern, IMEI reuse and SIM behaviour. Sellers state whether SIM rotation is automatic, whether IMEI is changed and what limits are applied per SIM. Offers that leave those fields blank still appear in results, marked unconfirmed, so you can decide whether to ask before ordering.
You will be given one of three access styles: a hosted web panel for manual work, an HTTP API for programmatic sending, or a SIP/SMPP binding for integration into your own platform. Match this to your stack before ordering — a panel-only rental cannot be automated.
Rental is billed per port per day or month, and some sellers ask for a deposit against SIM damage or abuse. Both amounts go into escrow. If ports do not come up, or uptime is far below what was promised, the dispute flow can refund, split or force replacement capacity.
DIDDock does not permit interconnect bypass, grey termination into regulated markets, or any use that breaks local telecom law. Offers are removable on report and sellers with repeated abuse reports lose the ability to list. Read the terms before you rent capacity.
