How DIDDock works

Every trade — a single local number or a bulk SMS route — follows the same protected path. Nothing happens off-platform, so both sides have a record if something goes wrong.

  1. 1. Order and fund escrow

Pick an offer and place an order. The order opens as awaiting payment and you settle it in crypto. The amount is held by DIDDock — the seller cannot touch it.

  2. 2. Coordinate in the order chat

Every order has its own message thread. Emails, phone numbers and messenger handles are filtered out, so the deal stays traceable and protected.

  3. 3. Delivery unlocks automatically

When the seller submits numbers, credentials, route hosts, prefixes or SMPP details, they unlock instantly in your order — no waiting on manual approval.

  4. 4. Confirm within the review window

You have 72 hours to check the delivery. Confirm and escrow releases to the seller minus the platform fee. Do nothing and the order auto-completes.

  5. 5. Disputes get a human decision

Not as advertised? Open a dispute with evidence before the window closes. Moderators can release, refund fully, or split the escrow.

  6. 6. Reputation is earned, not claimed

Only completed orders can be reviewed. Ratings stay attached to the pseudonym, and repeated delivery failures suspend a seller.

Rules that keep it safe

  • All payments, messages and delivery stay inside DIDDock. Off-platform deals are unprotected and get accounts banned.
  • Sellers are vetted before listing, and inventory used for fraud or spam is taken down on report.
  • Buyers and sellers see pseudonyms only — email addresses are never shared.
  • Payouts are reviewed before release to keep stolen or hijacked inventory off the board.
