Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or transacting on DIDDock you agree to these terms. The marketplace is a venue: sellers list inventory, buyers purchase it, and all payments, delivery and dispute handling happen on-platform.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use numbers, SIM boxes or routes obtained here for fraud, caller-ID spoofing of third parties, spam, harassment, phishing, bypassing lawful intercept, or any activity illegal in your or the seller's jurisdiction.

Bulk SIM box resale and route termination are regulated in many countries. You are solely responsible for complying with the telecom regulations that apply to you.

3. Accounts

One account per person. Use a pseudonym for public activity; your email is never shown publicly. Sellers pay a one-time registration fee and must be approved by moderation before listing.

Attempting to move transactions off-platform (sharing direct contact details in order chat, directing buyers to external payment) is grounds for suspension and forfeit of pending balances.

4. Escrow, payments and fees

Buyers pay in crypto through the platform's payment processor. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the 72-hour inspection window closes.

The platform charges a 10% commission on completed sales, deducted from the seller's payout. Usage-based routes (voice/SMS) are prepaid; consumed usage is settled from the prepaid balance at the agreed rate.

5. Disputes

Either party may escalate a problem to moderation within the inspection window. Moderation may release funds to the seller, refund the buyer, or split the amount. Decisions on usage discrepancies (low ASR, failed DLRs) are based on the usage logs both parties file.

6. Enforcement

Listings may be suspended and accounts banned for fraud, misrepresentation, illegal traffic, or repeated quality failures. Payouts of suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
